WSUV screens ‘Captain America’ movie

Washington State University Vancouver will show “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” at 8 p.m. Thursday in the outdoor amphitheater on campus, 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave. The movie and snacks are free. Donations of nonperishable food will be collected for the Cougar Food Pantry. Parking is free after 7 p.m.

About the movie: When a top agent is killed by a mysterious assassin, it’s up to Captain America to find the culprit. But when he’s branded a traitor by the SHIELD agency, he goes rogue in his quest for justice. Find out if Captain America has what it takes to face off against this lethal killer with a familiar face.

“Captain America” is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence, gunplay and action. The run time is 136 minutes.
