Members of the board of directors of Vancouver Public Schools will discuss annual goals at a planning retreat from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Artillery Barracks, 600 Hatheway Road.
Board members also will meet in executive session to discuss the performance of a public employee. No formal action will take place.
