Vancouver Public Schools will host its inaugural “Go Ready! Back-to-School-Readiness Festival” from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, at Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington, 4040 Plomondon Road.
Students who attend district schools can receive free haircuts, vaccinations, backpacks, school supplies, shoe vouchers and other back-to-school essentials donated by more than 30 community partners. Admission and services are free. Participation is limited to district students and their families.
