Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

KBH Realty 18th St LLC has purchased the Business Park at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver, from 18th Street Holdings LLC for $2,350,000. Steve Dodds of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group Inc. represented the seller. Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs, Simpson represented the buyer.

Vacation Ownership Sales Inc., specializing in marketing vacation packages for resort locations around the world, has renewed its lease of 4,437 square feet of office space from Park Plaza LLC at Mill Plain One, 12500 S.E. Second Circle, Suite 105, Vancouver. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the tenant and Kristin Hammond of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.

Charis Inc., doing business as Havoline Xpress Lube, an auto lube shop, has renewed its lease with The Gardner Bridgeport Association at Bridgeport Retail Center, 316 S.E. 123rd Ave., Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Chris Wegener of Criteria Properties represented the landlord in the transaction.

Halbert Construction Services LLC has leased 1,400 square feet of office and warehouse space from Investors Warranty of America Inc. at EastRidge Business Park, 12013 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1650, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and John Lee, Tom Shimota and Sean McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the transaction.

Human Services Council has leased 6,409 square feet of office space at Stonemill Center, 120 N.E. 131st Ave., Vancouver. The tenant is scheduled to move into the space Oct. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Kristin Hammond of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the transaction.

Blizzard Yarn and Fiber has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at Davis Office Building, 6924 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, R&J Management.

Working Women’s Apparel has leased 1,135 square feet of retail space at Orchard Point Plaza, 10303 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, Orchard Point, and the tenant was represented by Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain.

Oregon Public Broadcasting has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at Vancouvercenter, 700 Washington St., Vancouver. The landlord, Vancouvercenter Development LLC, was represented by Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
