A vehicle flipped over just south of the busy intersection of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard and Andresen Road Thursday afternoon.
The vehicle struck the median and flipped over near the Kaady Car Wash, said Vancouver police spokeswoman Kim Kapp.
The crash, reported at 2:37 p.m., caused some traffic congestion in the area.
Few details about the crash were available Thursday. There was a language barrier between those in the vehicle and bystanders who reported the crash, Kapp said.
Two people inside the vehicle had scrapes on their knees, Kapp said. An ambulance was also sent to the crash site, 911 dispatchers said.
