A missing 22-year-old Vancouver woman has been found safe and was reunited with her family, according to police.
Vancouver police asked for the community’s help Tuesday after they took a report about Mariah Gonzales, who had not been seen by relatives since Aug. 5. Police said that Gonzales has diminished mental capacity and regularly takes medication that likely had run out.
Family members reported it wasn’t unusual for Gonzales to leave home in the 13600 block of Northeast 67th Street for several days, but said that she was not normally gone so long without checking in, police said.
