A Dutch Bros. drive-through kiosk under construction at Northeast 99th Street and Hazel Dell Avenue should be open for business late this month or in early September, according to franchise owner Kenny Strommer.

It will be Strommer’s third Dutch Bros. kiosk in his franchise area, which encompasses Clark County west of Interstate 205. A fourth is planned on Highway 99 near the old Steakburger site, Strommer said.

His existing Dutch Bros. coffee stands are at 57th Avenue and Fourth Plain Blvd. and at 105th Avenue and Mill Plain Blvd. Strommer sees room for three or four more coffee drive-throughs in his franchise area.

Dutch Bros., based in Grants Pass, Ore., has 230 locations in seven states.
