Exhibitors needed for Heritage Day

Registration forms are due by Aug. 27

Vendors are being sought to participate in the annual Heritage Day event in Washougal.

The ice cream social at the Two Rivers Heritage Museum, which is sponsored by the Camas-Washougal Historical Society, will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During the event, there will be free admission to the museum, as well as demonstrations of blacksmithing, rug weaving on the museum’s new loom and spinning.

Attendees can purchase raffle tickets, six for $5 or $1 each, to have a chance to win items including a Pendleton blanket and local merchant gift certificates.

Also available to purchase will be ice cream sundaes, hot dogs, chips, lemonade and root beer floats. Coffee will be provided free of charge.

There is no booth fee required for vendors to participate, but registration forms must be completed and are due by Wednesday, Aug. 27.
