Vancouver Square at the Mall, LLC has sold the 18,960 square foot office building at 5109 N.E. 82nd Ave., Vancouver, to an out-of-state investment firm. Sale price was $3,910,000. Steve Mack, Bob Bernhardt and Mike Jenkins of Coldwell Banker Commerical-Jenkins & Associates represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Rick Bean of Rose City Commerical Real Estate.
In Light for Light, LLC has leased 1,600 square feet of office space at 204 E. 16th St. from DPG Properties LLC. Light therapy treatment is effective in treatment for skin enhancement or disorders, seasonal affective disorders, wound healing, Parkinson’s disease, insomnia, stress and reducing pain. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group, Inc. represented the landlord.
