U.S. Rep. Jamie Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, is hosting a free human trafficking awareness and prevention panel discussion at 10 a.m. to noon Friday at the Clark County commissioners’ hearing room, 1300 Franklin St., Room 680 in Vancouver.
