Camas robotics team heads for national championship

Camas — Team Mean Machine, the robotics engineering team based at Camas High School, was a Dean’s List Finalist during the recent District Robotics Championship held at Portland’s Memorial Coliseum.Battle Ground’s 4-H CloverBots — a volunteer-driven team without the school resources and sponsorships of some of the others, they point out — and Vancouver’s StormBots also competed in Portland. The Camas team will head for the national championships in St. Louis this coming weekend.
