The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor Control Board:

Kim Nguyen and Van Nguyen, for a license to sell beer and wine at Pho, 16209 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Suite E, Vancouver.

Jeffrey D. Strong, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Nick’s Bar & Grill, 22011 N.E. 399th St., Amboy.

Keri L. Gallagher, for a license to sell beer and wine at C’est La Vie, 113 E. Main St., Battle Ground.

Erik Cloe, Amanda Cloe and Jake Walton, for a license to sell microbrews at Doomsday Brewing Company, 2502 N.E. 99th St., Vancouver.
