Worship in Pink hosts informational sessions

Worship in Pink is inviting congregation representatives to attend a free informational session about the health program.

Worship in Pink is the result of a partnership between Legacy Health and Susan G. Komen Oregon and Southwest Washington. The program strives to promote breast cancer awareness and provide information about risk factors and the critical role of early detection.

Congregations of all faiths will provide education and activities during Worship in Pink Weekend Oct. 10-12.

The upcoming informational sessions are 6 to 7:30 p.m. May 14; 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 9; and 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 14. Sessions will be held at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, 2801 N. Gantenbein Ave., Room 1035.

Free parking is available in Parking Structure 1.
