Hazel Dell Lottery office pays out big prizes

Hazel Dell — Several happy winners marched into the regional office of Washington’s Lottery on Northeast 78th Street to claim their prizes in recent days. Construction worker Stephen Martin of Hazel Dell won $200,000 playing the Blackjack Tripler Scratch game. He was just planning a move to a larger house when he realized he had a big win. And, a still-anonymous Vancouver couple got a great 31st anniversary gift in the form of a $280,000 win in the Hit 5 game. They plan to take their grandchildren to Disneyland but otherwise plan to save most of the money.
