The annual Klineline Kids Fishing Derby drew an estimated 2,500 young anglers to Klineline Pond in Vancouver on Friday and Saturday. The fishing event, hosted by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, has been a tradition in Southwest Washington for more than two decades. In addition to fishing, the event included an archery activity and information about invasive species in the local ecosystem.
