The following are local land-use proposals. Clark County or the city listed may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

RIDGEFIELD JUNCTION: Robinson Cold Storage seeks approval to short plat 6.46 acres into two commercial lots at 24415 N.E. 10th Ave., Ridgefield, in the CR-1 zone. CEDAR CREEK BRIDGE: Clark County proposes to replace the bridge along Northeast Etna Road over Cedar Creek just south of the confluence of the creek with the Lewis River near Woodland. The existing bridge will be replaced by a single-span concrete deck girder bridge. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Monday.
