ADVANCED TRAINING
Navy Sonar Technician (Surface) Seaman Apprentice Cole Ashdown, son of Jeromy and Misty Ashdown of Vancouver, has completed Sonar Technician Class “A” School in San Diego. He is a 2013 graduate of Evergreen High School.
BASIC TRAINING
Air Force Airman Jonathan S. Olson, a 2013 graduate of Union High School, has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio.
Army National Guard Spec. David K. Polehn has completed basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. He is the son of Kay Von Cunning of Vancouver and Kenneth Polehn of The Dalles, Ore.
Army Spec. Eric B. Rafn, son of Linda and Chris Rafn of Washougal, has completed basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. He is a 1996 graduate of Washougal High School.
Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Michaela R. Thompson, a 2013 graduate of Union High School, has completed basic training at Join Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. She is the daughter of Melissa Adams of Camas and James Thompson of Vancouver.
