Alde Corp., providing vehicle heating systems, has leased 4,930 square feet of industrial space at Quad 205 Business Park, 4018 N.E. 112th Ave., Suite D-5, Vancouver, from Spears Real Estate LLC. The anticipated move-in date is Jan. 1, 2014. Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Bret Kenfield CPA PC has renewed its lease at Orchards Center, 10637 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suites 102 and 109, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff and Brooke Burgner of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Cascadia Metals has leased 5,300 square feet of industrial space at Minnehaha Corporate Center, 4220 N.E. Minnehaha, Suite 100, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Oct. 1, 2013. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Columbia Insurance Group has leased 1,483 square feet of office space from The Clark Center LLC at 8000 N.E. Parkway, Suite 150, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Claire Cano of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

Donald B. Murphy Contractors has leased 982 square feet of office space at Fourth Plain Center, 2904 N.E. Burton Road, Suite B, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Brian Wise of Hume Myer Tenant Counsel represented the tenant.

Edward W. Dayoob has purchased 6.48 acres at Woodland Industrial Park on Schurman Way in Woodland. Dayoob, a developer, purchased the industrial-zoned land for $705,000 from Heritage Development. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Mike Merrill of Merrill Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

Gerald D. Breunig and Diane Rohrbach have purchased a 2,084-square-foot office building at 6816 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Columbia Bank. The purchase price was $225,000. Ron Kawamoto and Sierk Braam of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and Troy Doty of Northwest Realty Source represented the seller.

H & R Block Enterprises has leased 2,008 square feet of retail space at Battle Ground Center, 11 N.W. 12th Ave., Battle Ground. Corine Nussmeier of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord and Gary Gallinger of Harbor Realty Advisors represented the tenant.

Mark’s Card Shop has leased 1,563 square feet of land at Eastridge Business Park, 11805 N.E. 99th St., Vancouver, from Investors Warranty of America. Joshua Schwartz and Keith Young of Kidder Mathews represented both parties.

MOD Super Fast Pizza has leased 2,300 square feet of retail space at Columbia Tech Center, 19151 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Jeff Olson of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the landlord and Corine Nussmeier of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.

New Age Thinking, a magic and gaming retail business, has renewed and expanded its lease to 5,013 square feet at Orchards Center, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver. Pam Lindloff and Brooke Burgner of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

The Tummy Team, physical therapists, has leased 799 square feet at The Glen, 3400 S.E. 196th Ave., Suite 106, Camas, from Terrace LLC. Adam Roselli and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.
