WOODLAND — A Woodland land sale is expected to transform 6.5 acres into a future recreational vehicle storage facility just southwest of the city’s Dike Access Road junction with Interstate 5.

Camas investor Edward A. Dayoob purchased the site for $700,000 from seller Heritage Development at Woodland Industrial Park.

The undeveloped tract had been a part of the Woodland Industrial Park, the home of PDM Steel, among other tenants.

Dayoob has been searching for an I-5 site to build a full-service RV and boat storage complex, said Mike Merrill, of Merrill Commercial Real Estate, who represented the buyer. KC Fuller of Vancouver-based Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the seller.
