Ogden neighborhood hits 20 years

Ogden — The Ogden Neighborhood Association celebrated its 20th anniversary as an official neighborhood this month. The neighborhood, a mix of single- and multifamily developments and large swatches of undeveloped residential-zoned land, was formed in 1993 and is home to thousands of Vancouver residents.
