Battle Ground Memorial Project $2,000 closer

Battle Ground — Businesses in Battle Ground raised nearly $2,000 for the city’s Veterans Memorial Project last month during the Yellow Ribbon fundraiser. A number of shops and restaurants in the city donated a portion of their proceeds Aug. 27 to the memorial, which would be placed in Kiwanis Park.
