Shhh… Inside voices please.
The Seahawks not only blew out the 49ers, they offended some of their fans’ sensibilities.
One couple from Marin County took issue with the crowd noise at CenturyLink Field, the site of a world record for crowd noise Sunday.
Their letter to the San Francisco Chronicle suggests the NFL allow the game to be stopped should the noise surpass a threshold.
The letter is either a brilliant piece of satire or the most asinine comment Talking Points has seen in a while. We hope it’s the former.

The Mariners have an appropriate promotion next Saturday as another lackluster season nears its end.
The first 10,000 fans at Safeco Field get a Mariners “Kitchen Catcher.”
It’s basically a mini plastic garbage can to collect food scraps and other compostables. While the promotion is meant to highlight the green tendencies of the organization, we see it as a fitting tribute to another losing season.
Yes, please send this season to the landfill. Shred it, incinerate it. Just don’t recycle it. This losing is getting old.

Two games in and the Cleveland Browns are already punting on the season.
Cleveland traded Trent Richardson, the No. 3 overall pick in 2012, to the Indianapolis Colts for a first-round draft pick.
“It was a shock to everybody,” receiver Josh Gordon said. “Everyone was in disbelief.”
Even Browns fans, used to ineptitude and dysfunction, are puzzled by the move. Richardson, in a statement, tried to soothe their anger.
“Keep rooting for the Browns,” he told them Thursday. “Don’t give up on them.”
