Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

James Stacey, an online sales company specializing in Asian designer pottery, has leased 2,400 square feet of office and warehouse space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord, 18th Street Holdings LLC.

Northwest Surgical Specialists, doing business as Rebound Physical Therapy, has leased 3,450 square feet of space at Pacific Crest Plaza, 601 S.E. 117th Ave., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller and Associates represented the landlord and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.

Orca Pacific has leased 2,700 square feet of office and warehouse space at 12607 N.E. 95th St., Vancouver, from Big Building A LLC. Orca Pacific supplies water treatment products and services for water parks, health clubs, pools and spas. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Port of Ridgefield has purchased a 7,500-square-foot building on 1.25 acres at 377 S. 56th Place, Ridgefield, from CRAFT3 fks ShoreBank Enterprise Group. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller and Scott Fraser of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
