Bobby Jacobs rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown and helped lead the defense from his safety position for th Panthers.
Jacobs’ 31-yard run on the second play of the game sparked a drive that produced a Brandon Casteel touchdown. Late in the second quarter, Jacobs threw a double-reverse pass to Monte Georgianna, whose catch helped set up a Jacobs’ touchdown run 19 seconds before halftime.
Tenino pulled within 12-7 in the third quarter before a 1-yard run by Grayden Economides stretched Washougal’s lead to 20-7.
Panthers quarterback Chase Duey threw a 33-yard touchdown pass to brother Garrett Duey in the fourth quarter, and Chase Duey’s two successful two-point conversion runs helped Washougal pull away.
