Published: September 5, 2013, 5:00pm

A registered sex offender who poses a risk to reoffend recently became a transient, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Ronald Rollings, 51, is 6 feet 1 inch tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is not wanted by police.

In 1996, Rollings pleaded guilty to third-degree rape of a child for sexually molesting a 13-year-old boy that he knew. In 1997, he pleaded guilty to first-degree rape of a child. Official documents indicate that between January 1992 and December 1993, Rollings sexually molested a 10-year-old boy that he knew.

Rollings will be monitored by the Vancouver Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sheriff’s Sex Offender Registration Unit.
