A registered sex offender who poses a risk to re-offend recently became a transient in Vancouver, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Brian Andrew Younce, 33, is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

In 1996, Younce was convicted of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. He had sex with the victim, a 14-year-old girl he knew, against her will. Two years later, he forced a 14-year-old girl to consume alcohol before sexually assaulting her. He was convicted of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion.

Younce will be monitored by the sheriff’s office’s Sex Offender Registration Unit.
