The Clark County Historical Museum will host a lecture on “Henry Kaiser and the Expansion of Vancouver” on Thursday. Ian MacMillan, author of “Permanente in the Northwest,” will discuss the creation of the Kaiser Permanente health care system at 7 p.m. at 1511 Main St. in Vancouver.
