A Vancouver man’s condition improved Wednesday after he was allegedly shot by his father Sunday night.
Barry Breimon Jr., 48, sustained two gunshot wounds, one to his left hip and one to his right buttock, and was transported via helicopter to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center on Sunday night, according to court records. On Wednesday night, he was listed in satisfactory condition.
His father, Barry D. Breimon Sr., 65, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree attempted murder and is set to be arraigned on the charge on Nov. 8.
An argument broke out at the La Center house of Breimon Sr., 38011 N.E. 109th Ave., after a night of drinking, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in court.
