Freezing temperatures are possible tonight and Tuesday morning, according to a special weather statement issued by the National Weather Service.
Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon are expected to see the coldest temperatures of the fall season overnight, with temperature predictions falling below 32 degrees in many locations.
The northern part of Clark County is among the inland valley areas that may fall to the upper 20s, according to the weather service.
The weather service advises area residents to consider taking precautions against the cold such as protect tender plants outside and disconnect outdoor hoses.
