ESD 112 receives drug-free communities mentoring grant

Educational Service District 112 was awarded a two-year grant from the White House office of National Drug Control Policy to mentor the La Center and Kalama communities as they attempt to prevent substance use among youth.

Residents can learn about the grant from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the La Center Community Center, 1000 E. Fourth St.
