An Ulta Beauty store, offering cosmetics and accessories, opened Friday at Westfield Vancouver mall and plans to host a grand opening Oct. 25-27.
Ulta joins more than 120 stores, kiosks, restaurants and Cinetopia’s movie complex at Westfield Vancouver mall.
Part of Ulta’s grand opening celebration will include the chance to win gift certificates ranging from $5 to $100. An official ribbon cutting will be at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 25.
