The La Center Wildcats celebrated their homecoming game with a solid Trico League win over Seton Catholic.
The Wildcats’ five interceptions gave them an insurmountable advantage. Conner Wonderly was responsible for two interceptions and subsequent touchdowns, while Conner Fulton ran in another. The Wildcats (7-0) kept to their running game, scoring all of their 49 points on the ground in the first half.
Despite having possession of the ball for a majority of the game, Seton Catholic (1-6) could just not get enough points on the board.
James Henkels ran in the Cougars’ two touchdowns and fought hard for his 55 yards rushing.
