What’s open and what’s closed Monday for Columbus Day:

o FEDERAL OFFICES AND COURTS: Closed.

oBANKS: Most closed; check your bank for details.

o MAIL: Post offices closed. The postal unit at Shell, 1605 N.W. Sixth Ave., Camas, is open 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day of the year. No home delivery except Express Mail.

o STATE OFFICES: Open.

o COUNTY OFFICES AND COURTS: Open.

o COLLEGES: Clark College and Washington State University open.

o GARBAGE: Collection on regular schedule.

o PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Open.

o LIBRARIES: Open.

o BUSES: C-Tran and TriMet operate regular schedules.

o DRIVER’S LICENSING: Open.

o VEHICLE LICENSING: Open.

o VEHICLE EMISSIONS: Test stations open.

o CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES: Offices open. For 24-hour customer service, call 360-992-3000. For outages or emergencies, call 360-992-8000.

o FINANCIAL MARKETS: New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and other markets open.

o THE COLUMBIAN: Offices open.
