Health-worker report

Published: October 11, 2013, 5:00pm

The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In August, the Nursing Assistant Program charged registered nursing assistant Sara L. Carman with unprofessional conduct. While working at an assisted living facility, Carman allegedly documented withdrawing oxycodone from supplies, including at times when she wasn’t on duty, but either didn’t properly document withdrawing it, diverted it, or over-administered it.
