Evergreen schools set community tour plans

Evergreen Public Schools invites the community to tour an elementary, middle, high school and a program at the Clark County Skills Center. Tours begin at 8 a.m. at the Skills Center, 12200 N.E. 28th St. Participants will ride school buses to the schools. Transportation and lunch are free. Tours end at 1 p.m. Tours for Russian and Spanish-speaking communities are offered. Register online at evergreenps.org.

o 8 a.m. Nov. 15: A Russian language translator will accompany the tour of Heritage High School, Covington Middle School, Endeavour Elementary School and Clark County Skills Center. Register by Nov. 12. Contact Yulia Rogers, 360-604-4028 or register online.

o 8 a.m. Jan. 29, 2014: Evergreen High School, Pacific Middle School, Hearthwood Elementary, Clark County Skills Center. Register by Jan. 24. Call Kathryn Garcia-Stackpole, 360-604-4088 or register online.
