Clark County’s Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors, or SHIBA, volunteers are hosting a free educational forum about Medicare.
The forum is from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at the Luepke Center, 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd.

The event is aimed designed for Medicare clients, people who are preparing to retire and people who are caring for a family member who may qualify for Medicare. The event will help participants to make the most of Medicare benefits and learn about available resources.
Immediately following the forum, the Clark County Loaves and Fishes Program will offer lunch for a suggested donation of $3 for people 60 years and older and $6.80 for those younger than 60.
SHIBA volunteers will be on hand during and after lunch to answer questions. Representatives from community organizations will also be there to talk about their services.
