Nike and the National Football League just unveiled the uniforms to be worn at this season’s Pro Bowl.
The uniforms bear a striking resemblance to two college football teams in Oregon.
The Oregon State look comes eight months after OSU and Nike announced a rebranding effort.
The Oregon look is nearly identical to the uniforms worn by the Ducks in their 2011 season opener vs. LSU.
Nike describes the neon trim as “Volt” — which sounds suspiciously like the Lightning Yellow used by the Ducks.

That postgame congratulatory handshake? Don’t do it in Kentucky.
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association on Tuesday ended the practice of post-game handshakes between competitors for all sports.
“While it is an obvious sign of sportsmanship and civility, many incidents have occurred both in Kentucky and throughout the country, where fights and physical conflicts have broken out.”
Teams can choose to ignore the order. Schools that can conduct handshakes must supervise the activity and report any incidents to KHSAA.

To the list of problems USC has faced this season, add another: identify theft.
USC’s search to find Lane Kiffin’s full-time replacement as coach is off to a wild start. In two unrelated incidents, individuals apparently posing as USC officials have attempted to contact prospective coaches.
Former Super Bowl-winning coach Tony Dungy said “representatives of” USC had been in touch with someone close to him.
Apparently, someone falsely claiming to represent the school had reached out to Dungy’s pastor.
A similar incident also occurred with Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio.
