Police seek man from surveillance video

Vancouver Police are searching for a man who they say was caught on surveillance footage in possession of a stolen vehicle.

Police identified Tyler R. Hagist, 33, as the person captured by surveillance video outside of a Vancouver motel, according to the Vancouver police.

The vehicle was recovered by authorities Sept. 13 outside the Comfort Suites, 4714 N.E. 94th Ave., and surveillance footage shows Hagist with the vehicle on Sept. 1, police said. The vehicle was reportedly stolen in Vancouver, VPD spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hagist is asked to call the Vancouver Police Department’s tip line, 360-487-7399.
