Graduates of Battle Ground High School are invited to a nonalcoholic Homecoming pregame tailgating party from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday. Participants should meet at the school’s north parking lot. The school address is 300 W. Main St., Battle Ground.
Participants can bring nonalcoholic tailgating dinners and set up tables and chairs outside their vehicles. Games, face painting, popcorn and mingling are planned by the student organizers in Mike Peck’s leadership class and Dawn Peck’s STRIPES students, upperclassmen who mentor incoming freshmen.
