It was quite a day for Heritage High School graduate Garrett Grayson.

Grayson threw for 395 yards to lead Colorado State to a 58-13 rout of Air Force.

During the game, Grayson broke the school record for passing yards in a season on his final throw of day, a 49-yard touchdown pass play. That gave him 3,327 yards for the season, surpassing the mark set by Terry Nugent in 1983. And the win made the Rams bowl eligible for the first time in five years.

Two teams could clinch playoff berths.

If the Seahawks beat New Orleans in the Monday nighter, and Arizona loses, Seattle is in. Or if San Francisco loses and the Seahawks win, they have at least a wild card.

In the AFC West, for the Broncos to grab a playoff berth, they must win and have the Chargers and Titans lose, and the Jets tie Miami. That same scenario exists for the Chiefs with a win, and they also could get in if both San Diego and Tennessee lose, and either Miami or New England falls.
