Proposed Sunnyside subdivision up for review

A Clark County hearing at 6 p.m. Jan. 23 will consider public comments on a 134-lot single-family housing subdivision in the unincorporated county’s Sunnyside neighborhood.

Called Granton Park Subdivision, the development is proposed for a 33-acre parcel on the south side of Northeast 119th Street roughly between Northeast 167th and 170th avenues.

Chris Helmes of Vancouver-based New Tradition Homes submitted the application.

Comments received by the Dec. 12 deadline will be considered during the Jan. 23 hearing at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver.

Comments can be submitted in person to the Community Development Department at the Public Service Center; mailed to: Vicki Kirsher, Department of Community Development, P.O. Box 9810, Vancouver, or emailed to: Vicki.Kirsher@clark.wa.gov.
