Twenty-three Portland-area Wendy’s restaurants, including three in Vancouver, were purchased for an undisclosed sum from the Dublin, Ohio-based company by Group W Partners LLC, a Boulder, Colo., franchise group, the companies announced Monday.
Group W Partners LLC purchased Wendy’s locations at 8000 N.E. Sixth Ave. in the Hazel Dell area, at 1901 N.E. 162nd Ave. in east Vancouver and at 8701 N.E. Andresen Road, a Vancouver site now being remodeled. The restaurant will take on the company’s new modern look, with features such as casual armchair seating around a fireplace and big-screen TVs.
Four additional Wendy’s restaurants in Vancouver, including two Fourth Plain Boulevard sites, a Cascade Park site and one at 400 S.E. 192nd Ave., are owned by Rich Leble of JorCody Inc.
