Felida Baptist sends gift to needy

Felida — The Felida Baptist Church community worked in an assembly line this month to pack 1,661 shoe boxes with gifts for children in need along the Pacific Rim. It took about three hours for 260 volunteers to pack the boxes on Nov. 16, praying for each one along the way. Operation Christmas Child is sponsored each year by Samaritan’s Purse. Its National Collection Week was Nov. 18 to 25.
