Business name: Acc-U-Set Construction.

President and owner: Kirk Hall.

Address: 781 S. 28th St., Washougal.

What the business does: Acc-U-Set Construction specializes in installation and relocation of mobile and modular buildings. Acc-U-Set also does excavation and site work.

What steps are you taking to building your business? Kirk Hall, owner and president, said he listens to his customers to understand what their needs are. Hall’s company has recently begun working with contractors to facilitate the concrete, plumbing, electrical and roofing work for a project. Hall has also invested in equipment to make employees’ work safer and more efficient.

Greatest challenge in running your business: Trying to stay competitive with other contractors in today’s market with the rising costs of doing business, Hall said.
