Free developmental screenings are available for children ages 3 to 5 who have not entered kindergarten and who are living in the boundaries of Evergreen Public Schools.

The ongoing screenings are sponsored by the school district and Educational Service District 112. Children will be screened in speech, language, cognitive and motor development. Parents who are concerned about their child’s development should call 360-952-3536 for pre-screening information.

Families with children birth to 3 years old who are concerned about their child’s development should call 360-750-7507. Screenings are sponsored by Early Support for Infants and Toddlers.

Families living in temporary situations may contact the school district in which they are living to arrange a screening.
