A Gresham, Ore., man has been identified as the person arrested Thursday morning after an officer-involved shooting near Battle Ground.
Randy Allen Upham, 50, remains in Clark County Jail on a fugitive from justice warrant, according to Clark County Sgt. Fred Neiman. Additional charges are possible.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Service were in the 7800 block of Northeast 239th Street about 10:30 a.m. searching for Upham, a wanted felon, according to the sheriff’s office.
Upham fled in a vehicle toward a deputy marshal, who fired a service weapon in response, Neiman said in a press release.
