Fred Meyer Stores Inc., Lynn T. Gust, David W. Deatherage, Paul W. Heldman and James C. Aalberg, for a license as a direct shipment receiver, beer, wine and growler specialty shop, and a spirits retailer at Fred Meyer, 16600 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver.

Jeffery D. Stewart, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Easy Street Bar & Grill, 2905 St. Johns Blvd., Vancouver.

Steven M. Iverson and Lynn M. Krogseng, for a license to sell beer and wine and to provide wine tasting at Neighbors Market, 1707 Market St., Vancouver.
