A season that started so promising for the Prairie Falcons came to an end, one win shy of a playoff berth.
Kelso’s Zak Schueller threw two touchdown passes and the Hilanders got the shutout to take the third and final playoff berth from the 3A GSHL.
Prairie finished 2-3 in league play, 4-5 overall. The Falcons opened the season with victories over Class 4A opponents.
