A series of maintenance lifts will cause delays on the northbound side of the Interstate 5 Bridge late Thursday and early Friday, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
The span will be lifted multiple times from 10 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday while crews lubricate bridge cables, according to ODOT. The lifts are expected to cause delays of up to 20 minutes at a time.
During the delays, northbound travelers can avoid the work by taking Interstate 84 east to Interstate 205, then using the Glenn Jackson Bridge into Vancouver.
