The body of a homeless man was found in a sleeping bag in the 400 block of Vancouver’s West 11th Street just before noon on Monday.
A passer-by pulled back the sleeping bag and found that the person was dead, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.
Kapp said police found no signs of foul play. The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating the cause of death.
The man’s identity has not been released.
